How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
along with my quality foods i do have a cheat meal from time to time. i would say i am 80% paleo 90% of the time.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I swam all through high school and a little at the college level. i havent found anything that gave me the individual and team sport feeling like crossfit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Crossfit has made me rethink how i want my professional life to go. as a professional chef i would like to become crossfit level 1 along with a crossfit nutrition cert.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
i try to hit WODS monday tuesday wednesday with a rest on thursday then WOD friday saturday rest sunday. but it changes from week to week.
