Hello my name is Daniel. I am 24 years old and from Denmark. I began doing Crossfit because i needed that type of workout to improve my fitness radically. My goal is to join the danish special forces. My greatest idol is Rich froning from the world of Crossfit. I love fitness and to work out. I feel the best when i am totally wasted because of a workout. I would like to improve my coaching skills threw Crossfit aswell as my own fitness. See you all for some great competition!
