I've worked out with Vince Carter for the past five years. In January 2013, I started working out with the other trainers at Crossfit 209. Crossfit was very instrumental in helping me regain mobility after a knee replacement.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have worked out with Vince Carter for the past 5 years. In January 2013, our workout moved to a strict Crossfit workout, and I VERY reluctantly began working with the bar. I'm still working on learning all of the various lifts, but I'm no longer reluctant.
