How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Crossfit Chicago is one of the nicest Crossfits there is. It has expanded 3 times to the awesome location that it is. Props to Rudy, his coaching and administrative staff for its success.
My Athletic Background
Background in a number of martial arts. Did some softball with friends post-college but that probably contributed to me getting fatter. Stayed consistent with globo gym during college and prior CF.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
My life changing experience was from Crossfit. After doing it a few times, I realized that I was neither that strong nor fit as I thought I was.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I generally train Monday through Friday with a rest day on Thursday. I would come in on the weekends if they were open earlier. I think half the reason I Crossfit so much is because I am bored and have nothing better to do.
