at 56 I am trying to get myself into the shape I can both fitness and body looks wise. My weight has gone from 74 kilo to 64 kilo in 10 weeks after starting crossfit. Personal bests are jumping up and I can hardly believe the difference in myself both in looks .
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
trying not to eat too much rubbish food and just be sensible

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Athletic Background
used to do normal circuit class for general fitness but came to crossfit to muscle up, get fitter and stronger.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
attending 3 classes a week for WOD. 1 a week for skills practise and 1 a week for mobility is the plan
