I like puppies and hate mean things. My ideal day involves a long walk on the beach and hot cocoa sampler box. Turn Ons are beer, action movies, women with a pulse (resting heart rate below 70), and turn offs are mean people and pickled herring. I like sleeping and when I am not sleeping I enjoying napping.
How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
Fueled by Bacon and Beer. So Basically I eat like crap, but when I am not eating like crap I eat well. I travel a lot so I eat like crap when I travel. In case you are wondering this is the reason I suck.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I do half my two a days at a Globo Gym.
