As a kid, I was quite active with sports. I focused on swimming when I was a teen. In my early 20s I trained on weight lifting, then shifted my training to Karate in my late 20s obtaining a black belt after 4 years. In my 30s I did not train for anything specific. After turning 40, my buddies at work were always talking about Crossfit. Eventually I convinced myself to try it out. Five years of training and I still love it. Brethren trainers are awesome, and inspirational - the members are totally supportive.
How I Eat
I eat a balance of protein, carbs and good fats. Moderation is the key.
