How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat a lot. Tried to measure with blocks but that was way to little food for me.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

99 % of the times I workout at Crossfit Nordic in Stockholm.
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
Did track and field and the 400 m hurdles for more than 15 years. Competed both in Europe and in the U.S. Earned a scholarship to Washington State University, a division I university.

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Try to follow 3 on, one off but due to work schedule, traveling and life it's not always possible.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
