I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Transitioning to Paleo the past 14 months.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I swim, golf, sail, water ski, snow ski and bike. I am now am getting into crossfit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
My Work/Rest Schedule
I am training with Jordo once a week and trying to hit the crossfit wod class 2-3 times per week. I have had a heavy work schedule which has made this difficult(nice excuse). Also a recent back strain, restricted my training for approx. 4 weeks. Now I am feeling great and ready to train intensively.
