My favorite WOD of all time is Freddy's Revenge (4:40rx). High socks makes me look skinny. I still to bicep curls when I'm alone......and sometimes even in the squat rack Abs are overrated, but a good set of forearms are underrated.
How I Eat
I eat relatively clean until I want to go bananas on myself and then my mantra is, "YOU GOTTA EAT BIG TO GET BIG!"
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I have a coach who determines my programming

I workout mostly at my affiliate, but I'm still addicted to the bodybuilding style of weight lifting, so I create my own AMRAPS of biceps curls and tricep extensions. Gotta impress the girls with more than heavy shoulder presses!!

Well, let's get this background right: I've had a successful HS career playing football, baseball and I wrestled. I'm not in any professional off season right now, so I'm pretty much like 99% of the rest of the world. I was a professional wrestler for sometime and my character comes out in extremely stressful WODs... "I coulda been a contender!"

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I usually do a second metcon with other competitive members at my box or my coaches....usually after the second metcon, you can find me aggressively working on my biceps or triceps. No one on the beach ever asked me, "what do you clean and jerk." Arms are the money maker...(I wonder if ppl have gotten my humor yet?!?!)
