A little over 2 years ago I used to be a 334lb fatty - after 26 months of hard work and Crossfit for the last 8 of them - I'm doing things I never thought I would be able to do. In 14.2 I got my first (10) chest to bars and I just RX'd Fran last night (I used bands before and still beat my time by 13 seconds). In any case - I can't wait to see what my Crossfit future holds. Other than that, I work in IT for a hospital in the Green Bay area, have a mini dachshund named Sinamun who is just a little shit and I love golfing and the Packers :)


How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

For the most part I eat strict paleo - but sometimes legumes end up in my food and I allow it. I eat until I am full. No point in measuring the good fuel for your body.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I normally work out 5 times a week at Crossfit Green Bay however sometime I go to Xperience Fitness and swim or run - or run outside when it is nice.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I used to play high school softball and golf.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

My experience with Crossfit has been amazing. I am doing things I really never thought I would be able to do. A chest to bar, ya kidding me? But I can do them now. Toes to bar? Just got those figured out too - it just takes time for your body to adjust on how to do those movements, but once you get it, you're set. I love it and I can't wait for the moment I can say I can do a muscle up!

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

Mondays and Fridays are normally my rest day unless I have a hectic week where those have to change. Otherwise I do the 1 hr classes during the week and work out for a few hours on Sat and Sun :) I love it!

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

6-12 months

I did on ramp at the end of June of 2013 and started joining the classes in July.
