Found xfit while trying to figure out how to train for skate ski marathon. I go 3x per week, do endurance fun things on weekends (hiking, xc skiing)and either rest or do yoga the other days. Xfit has completely changed my body. I have always had pretty strong legs, now the rest of my body is catching up. What an amazing program. I learn something new every day. MIght be a skill or something about myself. Thanks Nicole, Shane, Zack, Ali, Ryan, Tracy, and Eric!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I'd say I eat mostly paleo. Struggling to eliminate sugar....

I played youth or high school level sports
I am very active outside of Crossfit. Enjoy all forms of skiing, hiking, backpacking. I do something physically significant every weekend.
