How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat Paleo, but if you want to be technical, it's probably Primal Blueprint, because I do allow dairy. I try to eat whole, grass fed, hormone free food.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I did close to nothing active my entire life, and then signed up for a half marathon in a moment of insanity. I did 3 that year, and started running regularly. I felt great and looked the best I ever looked. I did the NYC marathon this past November and decided running just wasn't doing it for me anymore. So, after thinking my sister is crazy for 3 years when she would tell me about her CrossFit accomplishments, I finally decided to check it out for myself.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I get to The Box 4-5 times a week, and when I am not there, I am wishing I was. That is a miracle for this couch potato.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
I finished my 3 week Elements course beginning of January 2012.
