How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Meat and Vegetables all day everyday! Nuts, avacados, extra meat for snacks. No grain, low sugar, and a high fat diet with milk and potatoes.

My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
All through high school I played 3 sports, all year around. Volleyball, Swimming, and Track & Field. In college I ended up narrowing it down to Track & Field getting a scholarship to run 400 hurdles, 200, 4x400m relay, 800m and triple jump for Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction Colorado.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I train other people
Teach "AgerBomb Seminars", where I tell my testimony and teach people Olympic lifting and Gymnastics. Coaching is my passion. "They might not remember what you said, but they'll remember the way you made them feel."
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
My rest days are active recovery. I have two of those days a week, and rarely go off schedule.
