How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat a lot of meat and vegetables to help me with my strength gains. I range from 4 to 5k calories a day.

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
my first ever crossfit trainer was my high school volleyball coach Patrick Barber at Crossfit Santa Cruz, now i am at Brethren Crossfit in morgan hill to stay with Lee Pappas, Matt Perry, and Nick Becerra.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
