I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat Paleo, but sometimes I'm lazy or just in a hurry.

I played youth or high school level sports
I have always been athletic, and enjoyed lifting weights, but body pump wasn't exactly satisfying me. So glad that my husband decided to start crossfit.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
