Started CrossFit December 2012. Weight 240# (12 Days of Christmas, first WOD!) Changed eating habits and continued CrossFit lost 30# in aprox 4 months then added running and lost40# about 9 months after starting. Total weight loss 75# (now weigh 165# Have kept weight off and now enjoy competitions to keep me motivated to improve strength.
