Bio

Colleen is the 2013 Crossfit Games Master’s Women (50-54) Champion. She’s been crossfitting since 2010 at Crossfit Black Box in Tallahassee. She’s a former rugby player/coach for the FSU Women’s Rugby Club which won 2 national championships. She was also on the US National Team that won the first Women’s Rugby World Cup in Wales in 1991. Colleen has been a certified Crossfit Coach for 3 years. She’s a full time graphic artist and manager at FSU and also a longtime volunteer photographer at the Tallahassee Leon County Animal Service Center.
