Iâ€™m a former rugby player and coach, who still likes to pick up games occasionally. Following my rugby years, Iâ€™ve stayed in decent shape at globo gyms but never paid much attention to diet and performance until I was introduced to Crossfit. Iâ€™ve been Crossfitting for 3 years and also am certified as a Level 1 coach. Iâ€™m a full time graphic artist and manager, so I spend a lot of time in front of the computer. I love the physical challenge of Crossfit after spending most of the day in the office. I really enjoy working with athletes at Crossfit Black Box and staying involved in our community.

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
