Aiming to be a Tonna First : Worlds Best, Second and to eventually one day get off the Rower and do the Run. . WARNING : Any WOD that is published with Burpees in it, have a bucket of water close by, cause I'm that quick I could catch on fire. I am unbeatable doing them. #MyBreadAndButter. For the record my only weakness is Double Unders. Skipping is for girls in a school playground. Dare say there will be no WODS with them in anyway. PLEASE NOTE : This Bio may be in fact not be true. How I Eat

I eat whatever is convenient

I live off the land. Am my own provider. Fire is not for cooking, its for warmth, therefore I eat RAW. If I do eat processed foods it's Bread and Butter, just like my WODS.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a Coach who provides me with alot of his time, one sessions worth in total. He is very frustrating as he is riding the coat tails of a future Champion and wants a free trip to the USA just to share a suite with me. #Bromance. Honestly, my Coach is not a bad guy for a bloke that was Dux of his Special Ed class and being the first member of his family to graduate Primary School at 16 years old.

I am a gifted athlete. Raised by Wolves and living off the land in the hinterland of Stroud, I trained to survive and I survived to train. I see myself as the Poster Boy of this sport and evrntually on every cover of the tabloids in Sandgate and adjoining suburbs.

I started yesterday and already have made my mark. I am here to win whether it by myself or alone. Get in my way, stand on the tracks and this freight train will run over you. Choooo Choooooo. All aboard the Franky Train. First stop is the winners dias.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I dont rest. Stop or slow down and this world will eat you up. I want to be the one doing the eating, and preferrabley that being liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

Less than 6 months

Started yesterday. Think I have over trained for this event. Time to taper off.
