Competitive swimmer HS and College, 5 years of CrossFit, 6 mos of Power-lifting last year but I quit do to heart issues.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I Started Cross Fit when I was 65. I just wanted to get in-shape after 15 years of extensive business travel.
