I have been active in sports as long as I can remember. Everything from little league baseball at 9 to running a marathon at 50. In between has been golf, rowing, handball, and triathlons. Started crossfit when a friend opened the first gym in town. Crossfit is hands down the best all round conditioning program I have tried. In addition to competing in a few games, it has allowed me to maintain a high degree of proficiency in other sports.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I addition to training at our local affiliate, Crossfit Vero Beach, I do regular conditioning workouts outside the gym.
