How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Primarily Paleo - Real food would be a better label. Following mainly the Paleo (anti-inflammatory foods) guidelines, however allowing for some variations: Some high fat dairy like ghee/butter or cream, occasional starch like potatoes or non gluten grains (rice/quinoa/buckwheat) usually post work out and an American style sweetie here or there in the coconut flour family. Intuitive eating only 2-4 times a day in amounts that satisfy you. 90%+ compliance Non-compliant meals range from 1-4 meals per week and not completely falling off the wagon, but staying with a more Primal or Ancestral orientation.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
Not so regular on the recreational sports, however, an occasional season of something will pop up from time to time!

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I train other people
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
