My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I had always been involved in sports at a young age, and continued into it "competitively" in my small town. Then 10 years after highschool - I found my new favourite sport - CrossFit. I simply love it.
My Experience With CrossFit
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
It's simply changed my life.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I do what Chad Benko tells me to do ;)
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started Dec 2008...but only took it seriously starting 2011.
