I started Crossfitting almost two years ago, 9 weeks after having my second child. I began it to just lose weight and try to get my body back to what it once was, and quickly became a Crossfit addict! I Crossfit 5x a week, and have become stronger than I've ever been, and have so much more energy to keep up with my preschooler and toddler!

I weigh and measure my food
I eat mostly paleo, with a few exceptions

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
My only major accomplishments before crossfit were finishing a 1/2 marathon, and several 5k runs.
