How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
At one time I thought I ate quality food but don't measure the amount...after learning about Paleo I realized I eat anything and everything...I feel due to some new charismatic cronies in my life that will be changing soon!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
Addicted to Gardens CrossFit - Addicted to the camaraderie of the GCF athletes!
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
If I'm not sweating I'm probably dead!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Joined GCF December 2011 - by January 2012 GCF blood was bleeding through my veins...alriiight maybe that's a bit much but you get it;)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Strictly scheduling my rest days means strictly scheduling my late nights which most likely leads to a rest day...but not always, burn both ends of that candle bebs:)
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
Not long enough!
