I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat a lot and fairly clean . Def including rice and more root vegs to my diet.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train heavy volume most of the year and don't deviate for the opens.

baseball and basketball

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I do 2 met cons a week. Train 4 days a week. I take 2-3 days off a week.
