How I Eat
I try to maintain a healthy diet, paleo but definately not strict. I try to stay with no bread and sugars however, I do use sweetner.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
In the past two years I have been maintaining a constant 4-5 time workout but have within the last 6 months fallen out of sync. I am hoping that this will help me with the boost I need to get back in the game.

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Three on - one off is the schedule that I would like to keep.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I recently partnered with Cheryl Nasso and Stephanie Whiteside and opened Crossfit Tuckpoint in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Absolutely love the box and my partners, very excited to see what 2013 brings:)
