It have been part of professional sport most of my life. I was a 100m & 200m specialist but my athletics career ended due to a severe hamstring injury. I started Crossfit in 2010 and have been doing it ever since.
I'm a sport scientist that is a member of our company High Performance Schools and the co-owner of RTF CrossFit.
