I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Ski Instructor Level 2, Half Marathon Runner, University Lacrosse, Recreational Ball Hockey and Softball Player ....but never lifted an Olympic weight until Crossfit.

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Crossfit has given me more passion for sport from gymnastic to weightlifting. On top of the sport it presents a community, friendships, fun, encouragement and competition. If you can drag your butt to the gym and pick up the bar, I find you are generally a driven person in life.
