How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Trying to eat a macro split (by grams) of 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat, give or take a few percent. Currently eating at a slight calorie deficit to drop body fat percentage. What I eat tends to be pretty close to paleo, but that's a side effect, not a goal. And if it weren't for beer, I'd have 5% body fat.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I write my own programming
I usually work in a supplementary workout 3 times a week. Right now I'm doing Greyskull LP because it's the only linear progression workout that I still get gains from, and it's fast enough to fit in during my lunch break..
