How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I tend to cook bulk so I have proteins for the week. I try to stick to a quality food diet, flirting with Paleo but I don't believe in absolutes.
How I Train
I train 4-5 times per week with Physics Crossfit depending on my work schedule and travels. Mobility has become an ever increasing component and I do some most every night.
My Athletic Background
I have played most sports at a competitive level, including soccer, ice hockey, track and skiing.
My Experience With CrossFit
I started two years ago to keep a balance in the force and I find I cannot live without it now. My box has become my extended family and offers support like no other organization I have ever belonged to. I consider myself fortunate.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I try to schedule a rhythm to the training but my work schedule does not always co-operate. I aim for 5 days, 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off.
