I am 90% paleo.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I do metcons 5 days a week and strength work 3 days.

I played youth or high school level sports
I did a some sports in junior and high school. I have been trying to stay in shape since then but never really could figure how to do it until I found Crossfit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have been lucky to learn from the outstanding coaches at Crossfit New England.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I work out five days a week and usually do multiple workouts. I follow Ben Bergeron's CompWod programming.
