How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Recovering gluten addict. Good w/o sugar. Love the grass fed beefs. Some sweet potato and tuber intake for HP during WOD's.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I was a buck-fifteen through High School so the only sport I played was golf and by most standards that doesn't count. Other than that, I like a nice mountain bike ride, a game of tennis against someone much older than me, or some ping-pong.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Started this whole thing in earnest in February of 2013. Dropped twenty pounds and a few waist sizes and feel better than I have in a long, long time.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I believe in scheduling rest days, otherwise I don't take them. In the past I've had streaks of 10-12 days in a row which just isn't good for my body. Still, when class time rolls around, it's hard to not suit up.
