How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I'm a very picky eater. I do not get along with vegetables, so diets don't appeal much to me.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I played softball and volleyball many moons ago. I haven't been in shape since I got out of the Air Force over 20 years ago.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have finally found something that I like to do. There is no way to get bored. The atmosphere makes it very encouraging. The coaches are awesome. I plan on this being a long-term commitment with only good things to come.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I try to workout 3 times a week, but sometimes only 2.
