How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
If she cooks it, I'm eating healthy.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym

I work out primarily at the CrossFit Media office. I'm currently trying to follow the CrossFit.com workouts but keep getting destroyed. Fitness is very humbling.

I began CrossFit after having ACL/PCL surgery. I trained at Ute CrossFit with Tommy Hackenbruck rehabbing and strengthening my knee and returned to Football. After College I met Heber Cannon, starting working for CrossFit media and later moved to Santa Cruz. I've been working out of the media office for the past 2 years training under Mr. Pat Sherwood. CrossFit has changed my life.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
3 on 1 off is the goal that seems to get the best of me.
