After years of working out without purpose, I've enjoyed coming up to speed with crossfit at BKA. I was a collegiate baseball and soccer player, and now enjoy coaching kids sports. I've completed 2 marathons (Chicago & Hawaii) and two half marathons (Half Moon Bay & Fairfield).

I weigh and measure my food
Pretty close to strict paleo - and favor meats and nuts. No dairy, but some plain greek yogurt.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I complete 4-5 workouts a week, and play ice hockey. I also run, more spring-fall than winter.
