I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I crossfit 3 days a week at TC Total Crossfit and run 3 days a week.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I ran and played volleyball in high school and the military.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Crossfit has transformed by body in a way that no other sport or gym has, plus it has made me a faster and stronger runner.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
CrossFit MWF, run Sat and Sun and Tues or Thurs if I can.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I began crossfit in April of 2013.
