I weigh and measure my food
Paleo - with a cheat meal once a week. I cycle Paleo/Zone on & off, 3 - 4 weeks on then a week off (still Paleo in that week).

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Went to a mainstream gym for about 15 years before Crossfit - Les Mills style aerobics.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
Went on a boot camp with Commando Steve in May 2010, where I was introduced to Crossfit. Loved it! Joined an affiliate in June 2010. Goal was to make Regionals in 2011. Did that.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I schedule a rest day once a week, but sometimes if tired take an extra one - average 5 rest days a month. I only do 1 WOD a day but 2 - 3 times per week have an extra session to work on skills as well.
