How I Eat

I eat strict Paleo

Modern Strict Paleo = White Rice & Coffee - Locally raised Pastured meat, Organic veggies/fruit, Roots/Tubers. I try to limit my nuts/seeds - Non-Paleo Favorites: Thai Noodles, Nachos, GF Pizza

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I write my own programming

I record my workouts

My gas tank is my biggest limiting factor, therefore on top of daily programmed wods, I incorporate workouts to increase oxidative capacity - mmaconditioning (book)

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

I rest Sundays and sometimes Saturdays
