I eat strict Paleo
"strict" as a father of two and full time teacher can be. I try to avoid the cheat meals but have research to prove that alcohol is Paleo.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

My daughter and I started Crossfit one year ago. As echoed by countless other athletes...Crossfit has changed my life.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
I have learned to listen to my body when scheduling workouts vs days of rest.
