How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat quality food mainly supplied by Paleo Power Meals. I do not eat strict paleo. I keep sugar low, try to zone my macronutrients as much as possible, and love raw veggies. I also take Progenex supplements before and after workouts. I LOVEEEE chocolate, coffee, and sushi :)
How I Train
I workout at CrossFit Riverfront in Wilmington, DE and am currently coached by The CJ Martin of Invictus.
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
I played professional sports
Played 2B for the University of California and 5 seasons in the NPF with the Philadelphia Force and Chicago Bandits.
