I eat whatever is convenient
I eat whatever I can, healthy or not... I often forget to eat during work. It is a border-line eating disorder. Chocolate milk and yams... Life is too short not to eat ice cream sandwiches

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I do what my coaches tell me to most of the time...I work out more than I should.
