How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
Crossfit Moxie has been my gym now for 3+ years. I love the coaches and the members. They are my extended family.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
High school soccer and field hockey. Took many years off and started back up in my early 30's on a few indoor and outdoor co-ed rec soccer teams. After 4 kids I needed something fast that would give me results. Crossfit did just that for me and so much more.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
My kids keep me active on my rest days, too.
