Bio

I was born and have lived in Houston,Tx the mjaority of my life. As a teen I was stuck on three sports football,basketball and especially boxing. I love physical and contact sports. My intentions were to play basketball for the junior college I attended, but to my own surprise after being so athletic my entire adolescent and teen years I graduated with an Associates in Audio Engineering. I am a project manager for one of the top audio visual companies in the U.S. It worked out well for me because the company that I work for is the in house A/V company for the George R Brown Convention Center. Which is only five minutes away from Crossfit EaDo. The biggest box in Texas and my Affiliate.

How I Eat

I weigh and measure my food

I eat strict Paleo

For the next two to three months starting 3/1/2014 I will eat as clean as possible just to finally shredd all the fat I need to shredd and finally reach that physical shape I have wanted to reach.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym

I record my workouts

I have gotten myself into the mind set that where ever I am I will be working on technique and strength. (what is rich fronnin doing right now?) Thanks to Jason Khalipa.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

Stay active and play sports when ever I can.

My Experience With CrossFit

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

I started crossfit towards the end of the 2013 open. I DONT PLAN STOPPING!

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week

I strictly schedule my rest days

Because of my work schedule and the way I like to workout. I pay attention to my body alot. If I am at work I bust my ass. If I am at the Box (Crossfit EaDo) I bust my ass. So I try to pay attention to my body and see how much I can push it. With out stressing it out.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

6-12 months

I donot regret this decision.
