How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I typically eat 6 small healthy meals/snacks a day.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I am also a runner. I have done quite a few half marathons and try to run at least 3-4 a year as well as other fun runs and 10Ks. I will run my first full marathon October 2014 - the Portland Marathon.

I played youth or high school level sports
I have been running for about 4 years.
