Bio

I am the proud father of three beautiful kids--Ursula (5), Skye Rosa (3), and Ryder (2). When people ask "Why move to Denmark?" then the answer is my beautiful wife, Lea. I am a relative newcomer to CrossFit (Oct 2013). I always wanted to try it, but couldn't fit it into my schedule as a Personal Trainer at a traditional gym. I was a competitive athlete as a kid, and set a national record in the Marine Youth Physical Fitness Contest (push ups, sit ups, pull ups, broad jump, sprint) when i was 17. That record stood for 27 years. Funniliy enough, when someone broke that record, i started dreaming about competing in CrossFit. My intention is to be the best in the world in my age group when i'm 50. I am surrounded by the best coaches and teammates in the world at Butcher's Gararge Masters in Copenhagen. I love it!
