Crossfit has become my job. I'm grateful to be able to coach others and be in the presence of great coaches at Crossfit Impulse. The volume of things you learn from coaching is amazing.

I started in October 2010 at Crossfit BGI in West Palm Beach, Florida! Moved to CrossFit Impulse in Huntsville, Alabama in 2012! Now in Seoul, Korea at Reebok CrossFit Sentinel!
