I am a Veteran in the United States Marines, I never realized how big of a factor of being in shape meant until I joined. I was big and lazy and needed a change. Losing all that weight through boot camp made me realize that I need to stay in shape in order for me to meet the requirements for the marines, and also to help boost my moral through life. I became really passionate about staying in shape and keeping my marines, my friends, and my family to do the same. I love the feeling of accomplishment after a hard workout. I want my clients to feel the same way. I want to give back to the community to work out the right way and the most efficient way. I am a triathlete in football, basketball lacrosse. Played semi pro football. Helped coach at Towson University Football for two years. Always been about bodybuilding but being a competitor like i am i wanted to transfer all my strength in crossfit to be able to compete at a athletic competition other than who can PR more weight..
