How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat whatever is convenient

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

If it looks scrumptious, I eat it. I try to include protein, carbs, and fat in all my meals, even if its not "clean"

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I really love learning and practicing stupid human tricks.. ie. gymnastics and weightlifting. Cardio will likely always be my nemesis

Crossfit completely changed the way I look at exercise. I spent several years training as a games athlete, but the lack of balance eventually burned me out. I still love the intensity and adrenaline associated with competition, but it's more fun for me these days.

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

I rest if I am hurting. Or if I don't feel like working out.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

2-4 years

4 years this december. Watching Gary baron and Todd Weygandt and Jim garvin and chad Augustin in the 2010 NorCal sectionals is what really lit a fire under my ass.
