I was an athlete for rocklin crossfit's team in the games the last two years. This year I'm airing it out. It struck me that perhaps, life has a greater purpose than doing constantly varied functional movements at high intensity to increase my work capacity across broad time and modal domains.

I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I rest if I am hurting. Or if I don't feel like working out.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
3 years this december. Watching Gary baron and Todd Weygandt and Jim garvin and chad Augustin in the 2010 NorCal sectionals is what really lit a fire under my ass.
