How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I once ate approximately 12,473 calories at brunch. That was painful. I no longer do that.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
Don't beat yourself up, that's what Crossfit coaches are for.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
My athletic career began on a wiffleball diamond, and that is where my passion still lies. After nearly 30 years of wiffleball my lifetime average is over .500 (seriously, I can hit the ball every time...even curve balls).
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
Posting workouts online for free is a gateway drug.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
A good day for me is a WoD followed by an afternoon of wiffleball.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
Haven't done a WoD yet that really tests my wiffleball skills, but I know it's just a matter of time.
